The wiring problem of the button switch, these three are the most typical! Button switch principle The button switch refers to a switch that makes full use of the button to push the transmission mechanism, makes the moving contact point and the static contact point press on or off, and realizes circuit switching. It is a main command appliance with simple structure and wide application. In electrical automatic control circuits, it is suitable for manually issuing control signals to control contactors, relays, electromagnetic starters, etc.

The button switch can realize basic control such as start, stop, forward and revoke rotation, speed change and interlock. Usually each push button switch has two pairs of contacts. Each pair of contacts consists of one normally open contact and one normally closed contact. When the switch is pressed, the two pairs of contacts act simultaneously, the normally closed contact is opened, and the normally open contact is closed.

In order to better mark the function of each switch and avoid operation mistakes, the switch caps are usually made into different colors, which are distinguished by the table, and the colors are red, green, black, yellow, blue, white, etc. For example, red means stop button, green means start button, etc. The main parameters, type, installation hole size, number of contacts and current capacity of the contacts of the push button switch are detailed in the product manual. There are many kinds of button switches, and the wiring methods are not uniform, and various situations will occur.

Button switch wiring problem

1. How to wire the button switch with light? There are five binding posts on the pushbutton. Now I can only measure how to connect the power cord, but the light is on and I don't know how to connect it. Answer: This situation is relatively simple. This kind of switch should be connected to the light by two terminals, and the other three terminals are switched. Find out the terminal of the light and the terminal of the switch, and then figure out which two terminals you want to use. Switch, directly connect the light and the terminal of the switch to be connected in series, so that when the switch is turned on, the light will be on.

2. How to wire the button switch on the control cabinet? The push button switch connected to the PLC has moving break and moving make contact points. How to connect these four points, as a switch input, how is it connected to an input point of the PLC? Is it still possible to connect only one of the contacts of the push button switch? Answer: This is a common sense problem. The button switch has four contacts, which are dynamic and closed, and are used as switch input. The dynamic and close contacts are often used to connect the I terminal of the PLC (an input point of the PLC), and the other end connect to the 24V of the PLC, and connect the break contact point empty.

3. A switch has three buttons to control three lights. How to wire it? There are three rows of holes on the switch. The first row is L1a, L1b, L1c the second row is L0a, L0b, L0c, and the third row is L2a, L2b, L2c. There are two white wires and one yellow wire. How should I wire it? The L1a, L1b, and L1c of the switch are sealed and cannot be wired. If a white wire and a yellow wire are connected to L0a, and the other white wire is connected to the left end of L2a, one light is normal and the other light is on since closing, and is not controlled by the switch. what's going on?

Answer: Three switches control three lights (each switch controls one light), and it can only be realized with four wires, one power wire, which receives the incoming terminals of the three switches (L0A, L0B, L0C, also that is to say, connect the three points together with the incoming wire), and receive the remaining three wires to L2A, L2B, and L2C respectively. If there are only three wires now, the yellow one may be the incoming wire, and the white one is the return of the two lights route, blank means that switch is not controlling any lights.
